We are currently seeking a Consultant to join our Management Consulting Team in Bucharest

What will you do?

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in transformation projects, collaborating with clients to understand their business models, processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design and implement innovative solutions.
  
  

What are we looking for?

Qualifications:

• BA degree in Business or related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of general work experience
• Additional project management experience represents a plus
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
• With a genuine interest in learning and developing new business, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a proven ability to drive results and deliver value to clients.
