About the Role

We are looking for an ICT Cybersecurity Expert who will be a key Information Security team member, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer. Our team's mission is to support the company's ongoing ICT and security transformation.


What You'll Do

  • Manage key security systems (e.g., SIEM, XDR, WAF).
  • Investigate and respond to incidents reported by security systems.
  • Analyze suspected spam emails reported by employees and provide feedback.
  • Conduct technical vulnerability assessments of IT systems and processes and identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with system owners to drive multiphase remediation projects.
  • Participate in ongoing and future projects for the business and IT contributing to the definition of technical security specifications in line with security policies and best practices.
  • Execute security-specific projects as required.
  • Draft security-related documentation and technical guidelines as required.
  • Plan and execute phishing simulation campaigns.
  • Analyze results and provide targeted training to improve user awareness.
  • Conduct regular security system reviews to ensure adherence to security policies.


What you bring

  • 5+ years in security systems management, penetration testing, or a related field.
  • University degree in Information Technology field.
  • Expertise in tools like SIEM, WAF, XDR, and vulnerability scanners.
  • Prior working experience in a penetration testing role will be considered an advantage.
  • Certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, or other equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Broad awareness of security products and track record of managing security projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Good command of written and verbal English.
  • Fintech or Banking industry background will be an advantage.
