We are looking for a motivated and growth-focused IB Sales & Business Development Manager to help establish relationships with potential partners and promote our trading platform. This role is ideal for Fresh Graduates or Multiple-Level Professionals with a strong interest in finance, sales, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development: Identify and build relationships with partners to increase brand visibility and user acquisition.
• Sales Strategy: Support in developing strategies to engage partners and communicate the value of our trading platform.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify new potential partners and understand trends in the FX sector.
• Compliance Awareness: Work within our legal framework to promote our services discreetly and professionally.
• Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking and reporting on partnership performance to improve strategies.

Job Requirements:

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships; previous internship experience is a plus.
• A basic understanding of the finance or trading sector is beneficial, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
