Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IATF Lead Auditor located in Tokyo, with some work-from-home flexibility. The IATF Lead Auditor will be responsible for conducting IATF 16949 audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards, preparing audit reports, and providing technical support to clients. The role also involves identifying areas for improvement within clients' quality management systems and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting audits and assessments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
• Effective communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Relevant auditor certifications including ISO 9001, IATF 16949 are required
• Fluency in Japanese and English languages
