The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's new Digital hub for strategic IT projects.

Context/ROLE

As part of the Edenred IT Security Operations Team, the Senior IAM (Identity and Access Management) engineer is especially responsible of collecting and translating business requirements into the current IAM solution (OKTA IGA) for all IT applications managed and deployed by Edenred headquarters and business units (BU).

Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities

As part of the IT Security Operations Team your activities will include:

• Participate in a wide range of design activities, from the requirements analysis through systems, application and/or process, to the design of specification and implementation.
• Translate client's business requirements into to current IAM Solution (OKTA IGA)
• Act as an advisor for the IT projects stakeholders and project lead as required.
• Installation, integration and customization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) software products in client environments.
• Developing custom code, custom connectors and interfaces with other enterprise or cloud-based systems like Salesforce, Azure and AWS.
• Developing use cases, debug, support and maintenance.
• Create and execute unit, integration, and functional tests
• Interfacing with the client for requirements, customizations.
• Preparing technical and user documentation.
• Support other team members in growing their experience with OKTA, acting as a mentor.
• Reporitng to Project Manager on the integrations progress and status.

Required skills & profile

Must have:

• 3+ year of experience in IAM projects based on OKTA.
• Knowledge of OKTA Software Technology
• Demonstrable ability to drive end-to-end lifecycle, from conception to launch and post-launch support
• Structured & organized mindset with practical judgement
• Good communication skills, listening & understanding, flexibility & teamwork
• Worker motivation in hierarchical & non-hierarchical organizations, geographically dispersed teams
• Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, Python with a high proficiency in Java development.
• Knowledge of OKTA or other Identity Management suites and directories including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory.
• Familiar with Node.js and RESTful APIs
• Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
• Knowledge of JIRA Service Management tool
• Experience in the design of IAM connectors (JDBC, OKTA Build-in).
• Experience with Directory Services (LDAP, AD, SAML).
• Familiarity with Roles Based Access Control.

Nice to have:

• OKTA Certified Professional
• Knowledge of enterprise system (Workday) a plus.
• Good knowledge of the following topics: web technologies + application development + software development
