Summary

Job Family: Cyber Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Active Secret What You Will Do: Guidehouse is seeking an IAM Functional Architect who will be responsible for providing solution development and integration work for our federal client. The Architect is responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders to craft solutions for data integration from various source systems to achieve automation of data. Additionally, support the technical and functional teams during the development and implementation of the solution. Responsibilities include some or all of the following: * Support requirements gathering with various stakeholders to identify the current state of data integration * Document process flows, create detailed design documents, and crafting technical recommendations and roadmaps What You Will Need: * An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance * Bachelor's degree * FIVE (5) or more years of experience supporting projects related to IAM Architecture, Identity Management, Privilege Access Management, PIV Credentialing Systems, and other IAM solutions * Knowledge or experience with systems integrations and related protocols * Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and deployment of IAM systems * Experience in creating Process Flows, Detailed Design Documents, Run books and State Analysis. * Experience leading or supporting projects related to IT Architecture, Engineering and Security Operations * Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience * Interface with client, stakeholders, team members, and executives via verbal and written communications to present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences * Ability to work in a team environment and produce work products independently. * Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development of client deliverables and technical content * Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives * Able to take initiative, manage own workload, and assume responsibility for tasks. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment and respond to change quickly. What Would Be Nice To Have: * Experience supporting the development of REST API, ODBC, LDAP * Experience with Virtual Directories such as Radiant Logic * Experience with the following IAM technologies - SailPoint, Okta, Entra, CyberArk The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
