A leading TechBio company and precise medicine pioneer that is actively developing and delivering innovative solutions to revolutionize healthcare is hiring. They are currently looking for an IAM Engineer to help expand their IAM team and take over the hands-on technical components of their Okta infrastructure. This is a full-time direct hire position, hybrid 3 days per week, the team is in office Tuesday-Thursday in Irving, TX.

In this position you will have the ability to act with autonomy and provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team while also providing hands on automation of their Okta ecosystem. You will be working closely with the technical team and their HR to automate their onboarding/offboarding through Workday. Their Okta environment is already mature, but they're hoping to better automate and enhance functionality for their IAM processes. Tech wise, they need someone strong with Okta, JML workflows, access governance, and role-based access control.
