Technology Skills

Identity and Access Governance expertise

• Minimum 8 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale IAG programs independently.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint product suite (IdentityIQ, Identity AI, CAM) for configuration & implementation
• Experience delivering IAG processes (Recertification, Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML), Access Requests, SoD, RBAC).

Solution Design and Architecture

• Ability to capture business & technical requirements for IAM integration
• Experience defining technical designs, best practices, and solution standards.
• Ability to present solutions for architecture & security approvals.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL
• Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, Mainframe platforms (RACF, ACF2), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience integrating IGA solutions
• Ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
• Secrets Management tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault).
• PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
