As an Integral Project Manager you’ll be responsible for leading NPDL (New Product Development) teams and deliver new products, late stage customizations and new propositions to strengthen the European offerings.

What You’ll Do
- Leads multidisciplinary I2M project teams, involving: R&D, Product Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality
- Prepares and executes comprehensive project plans meeting specification, time, cost, MIP and quality targets
- Reports on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money
- Manages the business case, acts as business partner focusing on maximizing the added value for the business.
- Ensures I2M offer development projects meet agreed targets as outlined in business case.
- Manages stakeholders (business leaders, functional leaders, project office manager) towards successful delivery of projects
- Represents the project team in the business and provides regular project performance status updates, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions
Your Qualifications
- Master’s degree in technology/sciences
- Leadership skills - experience of (in)direct people management with track record of building successful teams and developing talents
- Project management experience in the multinational environment
- Ability of managing/collaborating with stakeholders at a global level.
- Knowledge on relevant technologies and disciplines
- Fluent in English in word and writing
