Main Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of water networks (raw water, industrial water, wastewater, etc.)
• Manage utility contracts (water, electricity, gas, compressed air), ensuring regulatory compliance and cost control
• Coordinate technical interventions with service providers and ensure smooth operation of installations
• Analyze consumption and propose energy and environmental optimization measures
• Draw up infrastructure renewal and modernization plans
• Participate in utility-related investment projects, ensuring technical and economic consistency
• Implement and monitor performance indicators for networks and associated services
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards throughout the perimeter

• Mastery of industrial hydraulic networks and utilities
• Solid knowledge of contract management and budget monitoring
• Ability to analyze consumption and technical performance
• Proficiency in CMMS tools and energy modeling/management software
• Organizational skills, rigor and autonomy in multi-project management
• Good interpersonal skills to coordinate internal and external teams
• Sensitivity to environmental and energy issues
  
  

Academic Background & Experience

Engineering degree in process engineering, hydraulics, power engineering, rural engineering, or equivalent, with at least 5 years' experience in utility network management in an industrial environment.

The position is based in Tizert.
