ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Iron Mountain is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension to a permanent role.

In this role, you will be a key contributor, supporting and collaborating throughout the recruitment process. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection for frontline positions, as well as handling onboarding activities (offers, contracts, and employment documentation) for hires in Romania.

This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to manage your own schedule. While there is no set number of mandatory office days, occasional in-office presence in either Cluj-Napoca or Bucharest is required to meet candidates for signing employment documents.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding for both volume and occasionally specialized roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational talent needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Actively contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, while staying updated on industry trends and market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment-related policies, legal regulations, and support general HR-related administrative tasks as required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the business.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • A flexible hybrid role with the option to work from home or from our Cluj-Napoca or Bucharest office.
  • Competitive salary package with an annual performance-based bonus.
  • Access to ongoing training, professional certifications, and industry events.
  • 25 days of holiday plus an additional day off for your birthday.
  • Be part of an ever-evolving global organization focused on transformation and innovation
  • A support system where you are encouraged to use your voice
  • Global connectivity with 26,000+ colleagues across 60 countries
  • Being part of a winning team who embrace diversity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging
