Overview Candidates will be a part of the IT Service Management team and will be responsible for assisting with reporting, data analysis and various other functions to support the team. Duties * Create and Support ServiceNow Reporting for internal team and for end users.• Create and Support PowerBI reporting for internal team and end users.• Create and produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc. utilizing our data source systems.• Providing support and usability training on the ITSM platform.• Perform administrative duties to support the IT Service Management Team. Education * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or comparable work experience• ITIL foundations training (Certification preferred) Experience * Experience with ServiceNow Reporting.• Experience with PowerBI. * Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. • Familiarity with the ServiceNow Platform• Problem solving and root cause identification skills. • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal. • Attention to detail.• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
