What You’ll Be Doing
Finance and Accounting
- Keep accurate records in QuickBooks
- Create and send invoices, track payments
- Monitor expenses and categorize transactions
- Reconcile bank statements
- Support budget preparation and monthly financial reports
- Prepare documents for tax filings
Executive and Project Support
- Track tasks and project progress using Asana and Google Calendar
- Conduct research and organize key insights
- Join planning meetings and help with notes, follow-ups, and organization
- Explore and use AI tools to improve how we work
- Keep files and business documents well-organized
- Identify ways to make internal systems more efficient
- Communicate with vendors and service providers
Who You Are
- Confident in written and spoken English
- Experienced in accounting or finance systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Familiar with tools like QuickBooks, Asana, and other Office Applications
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Open to learning and using AI tools
- A clear communicator who takes initiative

- Have no experience with financial management
- Struggle to manage your own time and tasks
- Are uncomfortable using online tools or remote systems
