What You’ll Do

As an Accounting Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the accounting team while providing valuable support and guidance to help drive the company’s success. Your leadership and expertise will make a measurable impact on business progress.

• Lead accounting projects, ensuring they are developed and implemented successfully
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced accounting professionals
• Partner with Managers and Executives to offer high-level support to accounting management
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reports in line with GAAP principles
• Coach and train junior team members and act as a point of escalation for complex issues
• Assist with additional duties as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
• Experience in public accounting is a plus but not required
