We partner with wholesale distributors, contractors, specifying engineers and other industry professionals to support the adaptation, selection, sale, installation and ownership of the HVAC/R equipment we represent.

Role Description

This is a full-time role based in our Arvada, CO office location for a HVAC/R Manufacturers Rep- Inside Sales person at GSC Northwest, Inc. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing assistance with HVAC related issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, and assisting with the selection of HVAC/R systems and components. The role also includes developing relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating sales processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC/R equipment, terminology and function
• Self-motivated with a life long thirst for knowledge
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience in technical support or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills, adept at the use of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a team office environment
• Previous experience in the HVAC/R or mechanical equipment field
• Technical training, education or certifications in HVAC/R are advantageous
