In this role, you'll act as the key liaison between the service department and the controls division. This is an in-office position, where you will troubleshoot incoming controls tickets and diagnose HVAC and electrical issues and ensure smooth delivery for on-demand and scheduled service requests.

This role would suit someone with a background in HVAC or BMS troubleshooting who wants step into an office based role where they can use their skillset to make an impact.

The Role:

• Troubleshoot HVAC and building controls issues remotely and via phone
• Manage service projects and work orders from start to finish
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients

The Candidate:

• HVAC experience and basic controls troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Tridium Niagara or BMS systems preferred
• HVAC field experience
