Position:
HVAC Showroom Sales Associate
Location: Baldwin Park, CA
We’re looking for a motivated, high-energy individual to join our showroom sales team! You’ll be the face of Piggies Air Conditioning — helping customers discover the best solutions for their home comfort needs, scheduling job walks for our Comfort Advisors, and keeping our showroom running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
• Greet and assist showroom customers with warmth and professionalism
• Book Preventive Maintenance Plans and recommend the right services and products
• Schedule job walk appointments for Comfort Advisors
• Provide top-tier customer experiences — every time!
• Stay on top of showroom organization and support the sales team
What We’re Looking For:
• Positive energy and a go-getter attitude
• A passion for helping people and delivering amazing service
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic accounting skills are a bonus
• Sales, retail, or HVAC knowledge is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)
• Bachelor’s degree is great but not required
• Must be willing to drive on freeway with company vehicles
Compensation:
• Hourly pay PLUS a rewarding sales commission structure
Hours:
• Shifts vary between 9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 7 PM
