Diagnose and repair all aspects of HVAC systems Operate a company vehicle, maintain cleanliness and organization of that vehicle at all times Build and establish relationships and rapport with our clients while providing them with the best solutions for their home comfort systems Promote our MVP Client Loyalty program Generate leads for new equipment for all trades – HVAC, Water, Electrical & Insulation Sell and install large ticket repairs and IAQ off truck Qualifications: Do I have What it Takes? EPA 608 type II certification is required Nate Core certification desired Minimum of 1 year experience working in a residential HVAC Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose systems Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes After receiving a conditional offer of employment we will run a background check, drug test, MVR and reference check.
