Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections to identify potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues and offering professional recommendations.
- Recommend system upgrades, IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) products, and maintenance agreements.
- Document service activities accurately and efficiently using ServiceTitan software.
- Maintain a professional image through proper uniform, personal grooming, and a clean, organized service vehicle.
- Generate leads for Comfort Advisors by identifying potential upgrade opportunities.
- Mentor apprentices and support team collaboration.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service experience.
- Maryland HVAC Journeyman License (Required for top pay range).
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Comfort with year-round outdoor work and physical demands related to HVAC service tasks.
