Job Overview

Fresh Air Concepts is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our Service Department with excellence, integrity, and a customer-first attitude. As Service Manager, you will play a critical role in growing our demand service operations, developing customer relationships, and driving departmental performance. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Lead the Service Department by modeling and enforcing the company's core values and customer-first philosophy.
  • Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews with service personnel.
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through prompt service responses, resolution of complaints, and professional communication.
  • Manage all aspects of the Service Department's performance to meet or exceed financial goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop future leaders within the department through training and mentorship programs.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute service marketing plans, incentive programs, and lead generation activities.
  • Oversee operational functions including dispatching, fleet maintenance, safety compliance, inventory management, pricing, and labor control.
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance service department efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure department goals align with overall company strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to service operations.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment for all service personnel.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar HVAC Service Manager role or field service leadership position strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to coach and develop employees.
  • High-level customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC service operations, and maintenance processes.
  • Proficient with laptops, service management software, scheduling programs, and KPI tracking tools.
  • Commitment to safety, legal compliance, and professional workplace standards.
  • Ability to lead by example with a positive attitude and team-first mentality.
  • Comfortable managing field operations including dispatch, field labor teams, and client relations.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Availability for occasional urgent service calls, needs, or meetings outside of standard hours.
