We have an immediate opening for an experienced Large and Light Commercial HVAC Salesperson. The HVAC Salesperson will be responsible for managing a sales territory in the DFW area and developing new service accounts. As an HVAC Salesperson, you will retain the customer’s relationship, meet all their HVAC requests, and ensure that customers receive outstanding customer service.
Compensation is based on salary and performance-based commission structure.
HVAC Sales Duties & Responsibilities:
• Serve as the point person in developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Establish customer rapport with products and services.
• Develop a relationship with prospects to create biding opportunities.
• Form accurate and complete sales proposals.
• Help facilitate post-sale transitions with service technicians and project managers.
• Educate prospective customers on our services and procedures.
• Continually call on assigned accounts to develop additional opportunities.
• Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads.
• Maintain customer information updated in our sales pipeline reporting system.
• Keep current on new technologies and product offerings from manufacturers.
• Support team members and peers to achieve KPIs
