We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven HVAC Sales Executive to join our dedicated team. This exciting opportunity offers the ability to develop relationships with new and existing customers, secure profitable sales, and provide professional services to our valued clientele. As an HVAC Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our HVAC products and services while creating a compelling sales pitch that will convert leads into sales. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers competitive compensation, extensive training, and an opportunity for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or market segment.
  • Identify and generate leads through networking, cold-calling, marketing, and referrals to create new sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals by generating HVAC sales through consultative selling and relationship building.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our HVAC products and services to customers and prospective customers.
  • Engage in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
  • Maintain customer relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovative products to effectively compete in the market.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure company-wide consistency in sales strategies and goals.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a knack for building strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales applications.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
