Responsibilities

• Execute timely responses to residential customer service calls
• Troubleshoot HVAC system failures and implement appropriate repairs
• Carry out scheduled preventative upkeep on climate control equipment
• Fulfill routine maintenance including filter replacement, coil examination, mechanical lubrication, and coolant assessment
• Deploy specialized instruments to identify malfunctions and formulate effective repair strategies
• Verify component functionality through comprehensive testing
• Install or substitute faulty elements such as cooling units, drive mechanisms, control devices, and flow regulators
• Execute system enhancements and new installations when required
• Document detailed service records, including tasks completed, components utilized, and service duration
• Process technical documentation with efficiency
• Deliver clear updates to clients regarding equipment condition
• Present repair insights and outline maintenance agreement alternatives
• Uphold industry safety protocols, including proper handling of refrigerants and adherence to regulatory requirements
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• EPA Certification
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
