Position: HVAC Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract and Estimation)

Location: 📍Egypt

We are looking for a qualified 📌 HVAC QUANTITY SURVEYOR 📌 to take on a challenging role, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare cost estimates and budgets from early design stages to detailed design.

-Develop elemental cost plans and detailed cost breakdowns.

-Benchmark costs against historical data and industry standards.

-Carry out detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BIM models.

-Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and schedules of rates.

-Assist in preparing tender documentation including pricing schedules and scope of works.

-Collaborate with design, procurement, and estimating teams to ensure completeness of tender submissions.

-Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations.

-Contribute to value engineering processes to optimize project costs.

-Ensure that all pre-contract documentation is prepared to the required standard.

Minimum Requirements:

- Relevant 5 years experience in an MEP contracting company or in a similar role.

- Engineering Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

- Immediate availability to join the team.
