Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager – HVAC Project Sales to lead business development and client acquisition in the HVAC domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring delivery of customer-focused solutions. This position requires both strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge of HVAC systems.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage HVAC sales activities within the assigned region or segment.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.

- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

- Conduct site visits and coordinate with internal teams (engineering, design, execution) for accurate solutioning.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and profitability goals.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

- Drive customer satisfaction through timely support, project coordination, and after-sales service.

- Manage a sales team (if applicable), providing guidance, training, and performance management.

- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation, product promotions, and participation in trade shows.


Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share.

- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and applications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic project management software.
