We are looking for a hardworking and dependable HVAC Assistant Technician to support our team in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. • Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems.
• Help transport, organize, and set up tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
• Perform basic tasks such as cleaning components, replacing filters, and insulating pipes.
• Support in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and company vehicles.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience or training in HVAC is a plus, but not required.
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or various weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Being bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
