Sellers & Associates, LLC has an opening for a Human Systems Integration Engineer III in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate human factors considerations into the design and development of [product/system]. Conduct usability evaluations and human performance assessments to ensure optimal user experience. Analyze and interpret user feedback, incorporating findings into design improvements. Support the development of user interface specifications and guidelines. Work closely with engineering and design teams to implement human systems integration principles. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human factors engineering. Research analysis of missions, tactics, equipment, interfaces, and resource allocations to new and developing systems and programs Locate and research all relevant valid data to build the model, including both systems data from the PEOs and operational data (Fleet) Ensure data traceability through the pyramid of models. The Contractor shall ensure missions are traceable to Required Operational Capabilities and based on Integration and Interoperability baselines. Provide systems engineering support in analyzing and/or projecting performance of future systems. Applying engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test or evaluate systems. Conducting Task Analyses (e.g., Mission Task Analysis, Top-Down Functional Analysis, Critical Task JOB REQUIREMENTS Top Secret Security Clearance 6 years of experience in Government related R&D, T&E, and systems acquisition programs 4 years of relevant Human Systems Integration engineering experience Education and Experience: ABET Accredited BS Degree from ABET recognized engineering curriculum. Examples include: ME/EE/IE/CSE or BSDegree in physical science, engineering, or mathematics that includes 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science such as mechanics, dynamics, properties of materials, and electronics.
