You will play an essential role in supporting our Company ensuring smooth operations across various departments/areas with the following tasks - Administrative tasks: office management, facilities management, managing office supplies and policy development - Human Resources tasks: recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and training. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
1. On Administrative Tasks
Report to EVP daily updates, accomplishment and any issues requiring attention.
Manage daily administrative tasks including processing of government permits, inventory/management of fixed assets and office supplies management.
Supervise janitors/messengers supporting administrative tasks.
Procurement an purchasing tasks.
Handle expense reporting and basic accounting tasks relative to administrative functions.
2. On Human Resources Tasks
Manage end to end recruitment process and on-boarding of new employees.
Manage employee benefits
Ensure consistent compliance of employees with organizational policies and procedures.
Provide timely and accurate guidance on HR policies and procedures, seeking advice from the EVP as appropriate.
Provide administrative support for disciplinary action, termination, and grievance to Group Heads.
Undertake learning and development activities in coordination with Group Heads.
Manage and maintain 201 employee files, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage employee timekeeping for payroll processing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant area of study
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
Great organizational and time-management skills
Multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Strong verbal and communication skills
Good writing skills
Ability to work independently as part of the Team
