Job Description
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Hiring Process: Participate in interviews, vet candidates, and assist in the recruitment process.
Onboarding: Implement onboarding plans, ensuring new hires are well-integrated.
Staffing: Assist with managing staff requirements
Training and Development:
Program Development: Create and implement training programs tailored to employee needs.
Knowledge Transfer: Ensure staff are trained on HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
Employee Relations:
Issue Resolution: Address employee inquiries, complaints, and grievances.
Disciplinary Matters: Handle disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring adherence to company policy.
Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
HR Operations:
Data Management: Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data) according to policy and legal requirements.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and suggest solutions.
Payroll: Ensuring timely processing of payroll and other transactions
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the HR team, delegating tasks and providing guidance.
Job Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience as HR Supervisor handling all facets of HR.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any related courses
HR Certification would be an advantage
Highly proficient in the interpretation and application of the Labor Code
Proficient in MS Application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other tools like Canva, Adobe, and etc.
Experience in attending SENA and NLRC Hearing
Well-versed in the General Labor Standards and the BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) guidelines.
E-Games/E-Casino experience is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Amenable to start as soon as possible
