Job Description:
Oversee the entire hiring process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding.
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
Plan, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Assist managers with performance reviews, feedback, and development plans.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
Manage employee records, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Supervise HR staff and delegate tasks effectively.
Gather and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Communicate with supervisors and peers on periodic employee evaluations
Job Requirements:
Graduate of 4 year course (BSBA Human Resources Management, BS Psychology, Accountancy, Mass Communication or related courses)
With at least 3 year relevant supervisory experience on HR and Admin roles
Proficient with MS Office
Proactive, Responsible, Good team player, Strong interpersonal communication
Diplomatic and has the ability to deal with varying situations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
