Job Description:
Reports to the Corporate Support Director to support the department by providing technical data entry and administrative support of all facets of the various HR and payroll contracts databases. Identifying and directing implementation needs, assessing issues, and problem-solving as necessary.
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.;
Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus;
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources handling all HR processes;
With a focus on performance management, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance;
Supervisory experience is preferred;
SAP HCM implementation background or HRIS development knowledge a plus;
ISO QMS implementation experience;
Strong knowledge of labor laws, government compliance, and best HR practices;
Excellent interpersonal communication
Deployment Location: 32nd Floor, LKG Tower, 6801 Ayala Avenue, Makati City
NOTE: We are the recruitment firm for the business you will be working for. Once acceptable, you will report directly to Makati, our client's location, which is still under our agency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
