QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
Equivalent supervisory experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Amenable to work in Rodriguez, Rizal
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and execute recruitment strategies, manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and maintain a continuous candidate pipeline.
Oversee new hire onboarding, ensuring completion of training, compliance procedures, and conducting probationary check-ins.
Administer employee benefits, manage payroll, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Identify skill gaps, develop and implement training programs, and assess the effectiveness of employee development initiatives.
Manage employee engagement and labor relations to foster a positive workplace environment and resolve any issues.
