Summary

· Liasoning with Department of Labor and Employment , and NLRC · Develops and Administers progressive discipline and procedures and ensures compliance of such. · Conducts investigation regarding reports leaning towards violations and ensures timely resolution of the matter · Ensures that all admin investigations are resolved within specific period required by management for both outsourced and direct hired employees. · Coordinates administrative investigation and ensures that these are conducted according to direction and standards established by the Company and the Labor Code of the Philippines. · Ensures that all 3rd party service providers’ (manpower & security) code of discipline are aligned with the company in order to have one direction in terms of violation and penalty. · Ensures that 3rd party service providers (manpower & security) will comply with the existing labor code as to due process and implementation of employee discipline · Conducts review and pro-actively commits to ensure that employees handbook reflects current policy · Ensures proper documentation and filing of all employee violations arising from employment · Reviews Labor Related processes and ensures these are updated based on ISO QMS standards. · Puts in place listening posts for ground sensing purposes. · Conducts review on Labor Relations Policies and update such policies if necessary · Formulates Labor Relations activities so as to hastened the open communication between the employees and management · In-charge of employee relations programs in coordination with HR General Affairs Section · Conducts Account Servicing to assigned department · Undertakes all the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 03/17/2025
