A. JOB SUMMARY
Develops and administers human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and health and safety. Ensures human resources strategies align with organizational business goals.
Organized multi-task and apt communicators with strong decision-making abilities. They plan an important management role and in order to be successful they must be capable of prioritizing duties and exhibiting leadership skills which includes a capacity for educating employees as well as ability to be assertive supervisor
B. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing of applicants
· Maintains 201 Files
· Responsible for the orientation of new and current employees
· Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes
· Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees and developing personal growth
· Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees
· Plans, monitors performance evaluation
· Implements and enforces systems, policies and procedures
· Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations
· Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals and implementing new procedures
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

C. QUALIFICATIONS
The incumbent must possess and competently apply the following knowledge, experience and/or skills:
· Graduate of any 4 year college Business Course preferably Psychology / Human Resources Management
· With at least 3-4years work experience on Human Resources work.
· With good written and communications skills. Analytical in reading and creating reports.
· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Solutions.
