Summary

The HRAD Supervisor (Recruitment) is responsible to ensure recruiters are implementing best practices and filling positions in a timely manner. To provide support to the Human Resources Department in workforce planning and implementing recruitment and employment activities ensuring that manpower requirement of the different business units is provided. Duties and Responsibilities: Conducts 2nd level interviews for corporate staff, technical vacancies, and supervisors Screens and monitors applicants sourced by the Recruitment Assistant Implements new recruitment strategies Efficiently meets manpower demands of the organization on a timely manner Supervises the activities of the recruitment department Generates and submits reports directly to HR Director Minimum Qualifications College Graduate, preferably in Psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Science With 2 to 3 years end to end recruitment With Recruitment supervising background Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: Fort Bonifacio: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: Fort Bonifacio: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Management: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English & Tagalog (Preferred)
