Job Responsibilities:
Regional HR Supervisor will handle all HR functions on a regional basis. The position involves managing various aspects of HR within the designated region such as manpower planning and recruitment, payroll and benefits, labor and administrative case, government compliance, training and performance management, employee engagement and administrative function.
Manpower Planning and Recruitment
Develop and implement comprehensive manpower plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Oversee the processing of all manpower vacancies within the assigned region.
Formulate effective sourcing strategies utilizing job websites, social media, networking, and other channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviews based on job qualifications and requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Payroll and Benefits
Ensure compliance with DOLE Minimum Wage Orders within the assigned region.
Assist on the implementation of various company-initiated benefits.
Labor and Administrative Case/ Government Compliance
Investigate and manage labor-related cases, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, government regulations, audits, and internal policies.
Training and Performance Management
Assist on the implementation of various training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Employee Engagement
Coordinate and process budget approvals for various employee events such as sports fests, team-building activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
Administration Function
Oversee company vehicle management.
Supervise office maintenance activities.
Manage office assets and inventories.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any Behavioral Science courses.
With at least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a HR Generalist, HR Supervisor or similar role.
Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, payroll, training and employee relations.
Effective interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and etc.)
