What you'll be doing
Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
Manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide HR solutions
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity
Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programmes and benefits administration
Provide HR advice and support to employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry
Excellent knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Experience in managing and developing a team of HR professionals
Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
