Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Human Resources Supervisor at 211 Dragon Holdings Inc. The HR Supervisor shall report at the Head Office in Concepcion, Tarlac. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day HR management tasks, including employee relations, performance management, and implementing HR policies.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work individually or with a team
• Experience in liasing with government offices
• Experience in payroll/compensation and benefits
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
