Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
· At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
· Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and government-mandated benefits in the Philippines
· Experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performancemanagement
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with all levels of the organization
· High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality
· Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms
· Experience in handling administrative tasks such as vehicle registrations and insurance is a plus
· Preferably with experience in a multi-site or field-based environment
Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR
functions across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compensation C benefits, and labor compliance
· Act as the point person for all employee relations concerns, conducting investigations and implementing resolutions in line with company policies and labor laws
· Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
· Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters including performance management, training needs, and employee development
· Oversee the preparation, processing, and filing of government-mandated contributions and reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.)
· Monitor and manage employment contracts, personnel records, and disciplinary documentation
· Coordinate and oversee company activities related to training, wellness, and employee engagement
· Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review
· Manage the registration, renewal, and insurance coverage of company assets, ensuring compliance with LTO and insurance provider requirements
· Liaise with insurance brokers and providers to maintain proper documentation, coverage, and timely claims processing
· Ensure continuous improvement of HR processes and standards, recommending system enhancements where needed
