Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Conduct company orientation.
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations & Compliance:
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in accordance with company policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Mediate workplace disputes and foster a positive work environment.
3. Performance Management & Training:
Oversee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers.
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
Support career growth initiatives and succession planning.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Supervise payroll processing and benefits administration.
Ensure accuracy in salary payments, deductions, and statutory contributions.
Manage employee leave, attendance records, and compensation structures.
5. HR Policies & Procedures:
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure company policies align with legal and industry standards.
Conduct audits to ensure HR processes are efficient and compliant.
6. Employee Engagement & Culture:
Organize employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Foster an inclusive, diverse, and high-performance workplace.
Monitor employee satisfaction and retention rates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
