Human Resources - Recruitment Supervisor<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/span>What We're Looking For:<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n We are seeking a Recruitment Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring recruitment success throughout the Agency, to include full cycle recruitment and selection of all open and temporary positions within the Agency and the successful on-boarding of all newly hired employees throughout their introductory period. The <\/span>Recruitment Supervisor will ensure the execution of job postings, source, pre-screen, track applicants, coordinate interviews, facilitate pre-employment tests and refer applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company. The <\/span>Recruitment Supervisor will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain a qualified talented workforce. This position will supervise, support and monitor the Recruitment Specialists who will execute staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising hiring managers and monitoring and reporting on internships and volunteers. <\/span>The ideal candidate will also have the following responsibilities: <\/span><\/p>\n \n * Establishes recruiting requirements by studying the Agency's workplace structures, plans and objectives; meets with managers to discuss departmental needs.<\/span><\/li>\n * Tracks, maintains and reports on workforce analytics (i.e. time to fill, retention, turnover, quality of hire)<\/span><\/li>\n * Supervise, support and provide guidance to Recruitment Specialist to ensure staffing targets and deadlines are met.<\/span><\/li>\n * Oversee all recruitment activities, promotes and drives social media programs to maintain external enthusiasm around Crystal Stairs.<\/span><\/li>\n * Oversee processing of personnel status forms to ensure timeliness, accuracy and legal compliance (i.e. processing of personnel status forms, including new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations)<\/span><\/li>\n * Reviews and updates revisions to job descriptions according to Agency protocols and practices and legal requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n * Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; extending and monitoring job offers and compensation practices; actively determining market strategies and emphasizing benefits and perks.<\/span><\/li>\n * Communicates recruitment efforts to internal clients, providing regular and routine updates regarding the status of recruitment activities. <\/span><\/li>\n * Maintain compliance with federal, state, local employment, benefits laws and regulations to also include the oversight of all Agency HR compliance audits that support program contractual requirements <\/span><\/li>\n * Review and approve introductory period evaluations for all new employees to assess on-boarding effectiveness.<\/span><\/li>\n * Conduct focus groups and\/or assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of HR on-boarding programs<\/span><\/li>\n * Acts as liaison with area employment agencies, prepare and liaison with social media outlets (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and advertising agencies, process and check social media outlet and advertising agency invoicing, liaison with temporary agencies, record status of authorized positions within Crystal Stairs <\/span><\/li>\n * Drive a high-level of traffic to micro websites optimized for key roles, track submittals and resulting hires.<\/span><\/li>\n * Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.<\/span><\/li>\n * Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arrange interview locations; escorting applicant to interviews<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES YOU SHOULD POSSESS:<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/h2>\n\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Organizational Development or related field preferred. Human Resources Certification, or equivalent years' experience can be substituted in lieu of degree. Incumbent is expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills and abilities needed to keep abreast of social media and other related recruitment developments in the human resources field.<\/span><\/li>\nThree to five years of full cycle recruitment experience, online research, community management and\/or marketing experience, with a minimum 3 years' experience in social media. <\/span><\/li>\nMinimum 4 years' experience in organizations of 300 or more employees, with experience and exposure to the major disciplines of human resources management, (e.g., benefits, compensation, staff relations, training and development). <\/span><\/li>\nMinimum 5 years staffing experience with exposure to management and staff consultation, legal analysis, conflict resolution, and training.<\/span><\/li>\nExpert knowledge of MS Office and advanced knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking systems such as ADP\/Workforce Now and other software, to include software applications, spreadsheets, database applications.<\/span><\/li>\nKnowledge of federal and state labor laws impacting recruitment, selection and testing<\/span><\/li>\nThorough knowledge of and expertise in all areas of Human Resources, including labor law and policy and procedure interpretation. <\/span><\/li>\nMust have thorough knowledge of business operations and strategic HR planning, as well as excellent problem solving skills.<\/span><\/li>\nExcellent oral, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills required, with the ability to deal with tact and diplomacy with all levels of the organization.<\/span><\/li>\nMust have exceptional planning skills to deliver optimal workforce staffing.<\/span><\/li>\nMust be a self-starter and Self-motivated<\/span><\/li>\nAbility to set realistic, measurable goals, drive results, meet and exceeding objective and deadlines<\/span><\/li>\nAbility to adjust goals according to weekly data analysis<\/span><\/li>\nAbility to examine and analyze workforce analytics with a thoroughness and quality of work<\/span><\/li>\nMust be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritize work as necessary.<\/span><\/li>\nAbility to maintain and uphold strict confidentiality<\/span><\/li>\nAbility to propose and implement solutions<\/span><\/li>\nAbility to be flexible in style and approach of various day-to-day situations<\/span><\/li>\nAbility to communicate with tact and diplomacy during the process of educating, mentoring and coaching staff and management is a must.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \nCrystal Stairs is committed to building and sustaining a diverse workforce and culture.
