Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Operations Manager to join our team in Palo Alto, California. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee critical HR functions, ensuring a seamless experience for employees across global locations. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across multiple global locations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in Rippling software, performing regular audits and generating reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate payroll processing for domestic and international employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Manage benefit programs, including enrollments, renewals, and effective communication to address employee inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and practices across all operations.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and support the resolution of HR-related issues.
  • Optimize HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Support hiring processes and transitions, contributing to a streamlined recruitment and onboarding workflow.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Rippling software for payroll and HR data management.
  • Strong knowledge of benefit administration, compliance standards, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively manage employee interactions and inquiries.
  • Experience overseeing payroll processes for both domestic and international teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with global HR practices and regulations is highly desirable.
