Summary

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment — from job postings to onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare payroll data and assist in monthly salary disbursement.
  • Track attendance, leave, and support HR administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate staff training, engagement activities, and events.
  • Handle employee concerns and support performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR policies.

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or people operations.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian labour law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required, as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and team members.
  • Organised, trustworthy, and good with people.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (bonus if familiar with HR systems).
