Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in HR or people operations.
Good understanding of Malaysian labour law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required, as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and team members.
Organised, trustworthy, and good with people.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (bonus if familiar with HR systems).
