Are you a people-first HR professional with experience in unionized environments? We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Vancouver. 🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Provide day-to-day HR support across departments, including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
• Support unionized employee matters, including grievances, collective agreement interpretation, and labour relations
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR documentation, data integrity, and compliance with provincial laws
• Partner with leadership to ensure best practices in employee development, retention, and workplace culture

🔹 What You Bring:

• 2–5 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of employment standards in BC
• Previous experience supporting a unionized workforce
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of discretion and professionalism
• CHRP designation or progress toward certification is a plus
