Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for counseling, operations, and corporate roles.
  • Performance Management: Implement feedback systems, drive appraisals, and support career development plans.
  • HR Operations: Oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee records with precision.
  • Training & Development: Design programs to upskill teams, especially in intercultural competency and education trends.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through initiatives that boost morale and retention.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 1.5-2 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in education, consulting, or fast-growing sectors.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, performance management, and HR policy design.
  • Strong training facilitation skills with experience coaching managers.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity, discretion, and cultural sensitivity (experience with global teams is a plus).
