Exciting opportunity for an HR Manager to have total ownership and control of all HR aspects in a small company (~100 employees).

The HR Manager will oversee the human resources department and its functionalities to include:

• Recruiting and onboarding
• Benefits
• Training
• Performance management
• Compliance
• Employee relations

Qualifications

• HR certifications strongly preferred
• Construction, landscaping, engineering, or similar industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
