We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions, ensuring smooth operations in compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Freight Forwarding & Logistics, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Management
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the freight forwarding industry.
Work closely with department heads to identify manpower needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
2. Employee Relations & Compliance
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace conflicts.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations related to logistics and freight forwarding.
Manage disciplinary actions and grievance handling with fairness and professionalism.
3. Performance Management & Training
Implement performance appraisal systems and provide feedback for employee growth.
Identify training needs and organize skill development programs tailored to the logistics sector.
Support career development initiatives to retain top talent.
4. Payroll & Compensation Management
Oversee payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Ensure adherence to compensation structures and industry benchmarks.
5. HR Policies & Workplace Culture
Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with industry best practices.
Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of HR experience in the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of industry-specific labor laws and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
