Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Sinshe Tekno Indonesia PT., located in Cengkareng. The Human Resources Manager will lead and coordinate recruitment processes, manage employee relations, oversee performance management, and ensure legal compliance. This role involves developing policies, handling recruitment and onboarding, managing benefits programs, and serving as a liaison between management and employees. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for staff training and development, maintaining employee records, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
• Proficiency in performance management and policy development
• Strong understanding of legal compliance and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage HR projects independently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
