Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes.
Help monitor employee performance and provide coaching to managers on performance improvement strategies.
Assist in the recruitment process for various positions in the manufacturing plant, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and manage staffing levels.
Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies.
Organize and manage employee engagement activities and programs that promote positive morale and motivation.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies, particularly in relation to manufacturing environments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys or feedback mechanisms and assist in implementing retention strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Good communication in English
