Summary

Responsibilities:

  • ⁠Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes.
  • Help monitor employee performance and provide coaching to managers on performance improvement strategies.
  • ⁠Assist in the recruitment process for various positions in the manufacturing plant, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and manage staffing levels.
  • ⁠Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies.
  • Organize and manage employee engagement activities and programs that promote positive morale and motivation.
  • ⁠Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies, particularly in relation to manufacturing environments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
  • ⁠Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys or feedback mechanisms and assist in implementing retention strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • ⁠Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Good communication in English
  • Willing to work based in Semarang area
