Hiba Academy Bay Area is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to be part of our founding team! We are hiring an HR Manager to join our new school and help shape the future of bilingual education in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is for an Summer 2025 start.

Opening in Fall 2026, Hiba Academy Bay Area is a pioneering bilingual (English-Chinese) international school serving Pre-K to Grade 5. As part of a global network with a 160-year legacy of educational excellence, our mission is to shape a better world through innovative, high-quality education.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, the HR Manager will lead the school's HR department including recruitment and selection of staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and embedding company policies and practices. The HR Manager will provide professional advice and expertise to school leaders and employees on all areas of HR, whilst also providing caring, empathetic and effective support and service levels to stakeholders which reflects Hiba Academy’s status as an elite school and employer of choice.
